Workshop Information

Artist-grade Daniel Smith watercolors, Arches 100% cotton cold-press paper, essential drawing tools, plus dedicated workbooks and sketchbooks for sketching, refining ideas, and planning compositions.

Daniel Smith watercolors on Arches cold-press paper form an ideal base for archival, expressive painting. Daniel Smith pigments offer rich, lightfast color and smooth rewetting for depth in washes and details.

Arches cold-press provides a textured, reliable surface that holds layers, lifts, and granulation—great for controlled yet spontaneous techniques.

Together with quality paints and paper, dependable drawing tools, and sketchbooks to test palettes, values, and compositions, foster experimentation, and turn ideas into expressive watercolor pieces. Students will have all the tools they need to begin their watercolor journey as well as workbooks to strengthen their out-of-studio learning.
