Each collection is limited. Some creations are truly unique and therefore untwinnable. Which may or may not be a real word but we like the rhythm.

Small batch and exclusively using peppers grown on the family farm in Southern Oregon just outside Jacksonville, Morgana’s has 5 bottled flavors.

A mild to medium jalapeño hot sauce with no added spices. It gives a perfect kick to your favorite breakfast and is great on sandwiches.
A hot and simple habanero sauce. Feel the burn.
Using heirloom pepper varieties from Romania, this little sauce is hot but still allows your tastebuds to function! Most enjoyed on eggs and tacos.
A very special tequila hot sauce. Mild heat. Pleasantly tangy.
Morgana’s only spiced sauce. This decadent beast is packed with flavor and runs medium to hot. A mixed bag that varies season to season and uses the end-of-year pepper harvest. This label shows up on the shelves just before Halloween. Trick or treat?
